Roasted Pepper Sauce

Happy Sunday, Friends! The kids and I went to the market yesterday, and I picked up a bin of peppers because they looked so beautiful. I knew I wouldn't eat them all before they go bad, so I quickly made my favourite sauce. This sauce is so easy and delicious; anyone can make it! Friends and family will think you spent hours in the kitchen or you ordered out it's that good! I used milk in mine because I didn't have any other options, but it tastes good with cashew cream or almond milk. You can leave out the parmesan cheese or add a vegan option if you prefer.
