More Banana Bread

Good Morning Friends,
Quickly I had to share this with you guys! I love banana bread, and so does my family. Today I decided to try using organic agave syrup in place of traditional sugar and it worked! Not only did it work but it tastes amazing. Seriously! Give it a try. 

2 ripe bananas  

1/3 cup of melted butter

1 tsp vanilla  

2 eggs (beaten)  

1/2 cup of agave syrup  

1 tsp cinnamon  

1 tsp baking soda  

1 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour

Mash the bananas add melted butter then vanilla, and eggs, then the syrup, cinnamon, and baking soda mix just until combined then add the flour. After I had mixed everything, I threw in a handful of chocolate chips. 

I sprayed my loaf pan with coconut oil, put the batter in and baked at 350 for 50 minutes.
