Kendall's Room

Good morning friends ,

Happy Monday !

I still need to add a few finishing touches but for the most part Kendall's big girl room is finished . She's been sleeping in her bed for 2 weeks now . Thankfully she hasn't tried to climb out yet . I was really worried I would be waking up to a scary toddler standing beside my bed every night at 2am.

The walls are Coastel Beige by BEHR . The bed was locally made, we painted it white .

The bedding , accent pillow, lamp, and baskets are from Homesense .

I used the IKEA spice racks I used in Morgan's room, but I painted Kendall's grey .

The table was a recycle from my Moms house. It's painted the same colour as the bed . Crisp Lned by Benjamin Moore .

Like most little girls , she has a few too many Disney outfits so I added these pretty little turquoise butterfly's from Bouclair to display her favourites .

Auntie Kelly bought her this adorable little doll from a local lady who makes handmade goods.

The crates from Michaels are so handy and store a lot of stuff . I really wanted to keep their rooms simple so it's easy for them to tidy up themselves .

The curtain rod and the blackout curtains are from the Bouclair kids line . Morgan's curtains are true black out because they are dark navy.  Kendall's are more room darkening . I love dusty rose colour with the white . It looks so fresh and clean .

This week I hope I'll have the chance to get some of her signs finished and hung up. I'm also hunting for some vintage glass doorknobs to repurpose into hooks .

Thank you for reading for my little blog , as always I hope I have you some good ideas.
