A few weeks ago, when Anthony was coming down with a cold and wanted some soup, I took them out and decided to see if I could make a healthy sweet potato soup with frozen sweet potatoes.

I love baking cookies almost as much as I love eating them. I'm so happy with the way these cookies turned out. They are light, sweet, and taste, just like the cookies I grew up eating without butter, eggs, and refined sugar.
