Chocolate Almond Balls



1 cup pitted Medjool dates 

1 cup ground almonds (plus 1/2cup more for rolling)

2 tablespoons organic Cocoa powder

1/4 cup almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla 



Using a food processor puree dates to a consistency you like. 

In a new bowl combine the dates and cocoa powder together 

Add the almond flour, Vanilla, and almond milk

Mix until evenly combined

Roll mixture into balls and place on a lined cookie sheet

Take the rolled balls and roll in the remaining almond flour

Chill for 15 mins, and enjoy.
