Shopping With Aldo Shoes
If you've been following me for a while then you know I love Aldo Shoes. They offer a wide variety of styles, often have sales or promotional codes, and most importantly as a brand, they stand for things that I believe in. When I share things I love with my social media family, it's important to me that I'm authentic.
If you head over to https://responsibility.aldogroup.com you can see more about their ethics policy, standards, and how they give back. I especially love their Dreams Take Flight program and their commitment to sustainability.
Last week I had this fantastic opportunity to head to my local Aldo store to check out their summer collection and take a peek at a few things that are coming up for Fall (my favourite season) They generously gifted me three items of my choice. For this shoe lover, it was a dream come true. I tried on *almost* one of everything, paying close attention to overall comfort, heel height, strap material, and the comfort of the strap. I could have left with the whole store and justified everything!
My first choice was this gorgeous handbag. It's simple, the perfect shade of cognac and it's big enough to hold my notebook, laptop, and snacks. I've never been able to spend a lot of money of bags; when I was younger, I purchased a few at the coach outlet because I thought that I needed a name brand bag and that it meant it was better quality. I quickly learned that wasn't the case and that I am WAY too indecisive to spend more than $80.00

Other than wedges or date night shoes, I've never had a heeled sandal because I've never found a style that I loved or ones that fit well. I tried on the Juliett just for fun but ended up loving the way they looked and felt. I can definitely wear these to more casual events with my kids where I want a bit of height. I love the velcro enclosure because I don't have to make an extra hole in the strap. They pair nicely with jeans, linen pants, shorts, and sundresses.
I love wedges because I can chase after the kids, they can be dressed up or down easily, and are fashionable for three seasons, spring, summer, and fall. Brown is always my go to. I love how brown looks with jeans and leggings. I only wear leggings with wedges or flats, or else I start to feel like Peggy Bundy. White dresses or white tops with brown shoes is often my look. The straps and the wedge height on Unaliviel are very comfortable, extra bonus points because they are easy to clean!

Here are a few of the other products I love for this season. Isn't this new mustard colour for fall, pretty?
I can't wait to snap a few photos of these shoes in action. Let me know your favourite styles and if you think there's one I need to try.
A big thank you to Aldo Shoes for generously gifting me the items in today's post and thank you to my readers who support the brands that support me and I'm blogging dreams.
